I want to be able to email a proof of a document that I have composed to a client for their approval

I want to be able to have steps in my workflow generate an email with an attachment of a single document of a large print file to my client so that they can approve the layout and design before I print their job.  I want their email approval to automatically release the job into my print shop for normal operator printing.
