Flag in step templates to show they are not positional

Some steps (e.g. ChangeJobType, BuildAFPFromDocuments), if updated in a workflow where they are present more than once, will be updated to the same values in all cases in that workflow. If a visible flag were to be added to the step template itself (icon) or in the property notebooks, it would make fault-finding easier in cases where multiple copies of a simple (non-positional) step template are used in the same workflow.
