Add more document properties to the Columns in list file property in the SetDocPropsFromList step

There are several document properties missing in the list of properties that can be selected for the Columns in list file property, including Doc.OriginalSheets. If document sheets is in there, this step can easily be used to identify which documents can go on the inserter (1 to 7 sheets) and which ones have to be manually handled (8 or more sheets).
