Add the ability to collect and download PrinterConnector printer traces from RPD GUI

As Ricoh PDF printer market share is growing we are finding that when problems occur with these new devices that Configuring and Collecting the traces for this RPD sub-component is tedious and error prone. Having the option in the RPD GUI would resolve this issue.

Would like the ability to configure PC printer traces just like we configure PSF printer traces today. When PC is installed and these printers are configured RPD GUI should add an option to the RPD Data Capture screen by having the option:

Capture PrinterConnector Printer data: Yes/No
