Add a RunRemoteHotFolderApplication step!

RPD has a PushToSFTP step and a PullFromSFTP step for sending and receiving to and from a remote system via SFTP, but there is no polling mechanism on the retrieval. It would be nice to have a single step that could send to the remote system, then wait for a file to arrive in a remote hot folder, then download it -- similar to the RunHotFolderApplication, but for remote files.
