Allow the creation of custom Media Types

We use the Kodak printers which use Media Type as a selection criteria, we want the ability to supply our own Media Type names that match/describe our forms. Our Kodaks use Size, Weight, Color and Media Type when selecting loaded paper, it would allow us to load different paper with the same Size, Weight and Color in the input trays at the same time if we could define this.
