I want to contact Ricoh Tech Support through a portal not a phone call

Sometimes it takes hours to get through the layers of phone personnel to get to the right person to report a problem with RPD. I have done my job collecting trace data, and can easily and clearly write up a description of my problem that is often difficult to talk about on the phone. Rather than talk on the phone, I would like to to type my own problem description, attach my traces, and get notified when your support folks are working on it. I'd like to be able to check status on the open problem ticket too without using the phone.

    Would also like to be able to create a trouble ticket from the RPD GUI and be able to submit it for support. Along with the ability to upload capture or joblog from the GUI. Maybe even a list of FAQ's that will list what should be sent to support when creating a case.
