Allow users to configure the number of rows in the Jobs table before adding pagination

Currently the number of rows in the Jobs table is set to 1500. When there are more than 1500 jobs, the Jobs table gets controls added to scroll a page at a time.

But when paginating is active, the auto refresh of the Jobs table is disabled.

Add to the GUI the possibility to change this value.
