Allow job log window size to be customizable

The new GUI Job Log window is one size only, must constantly scroll up and down and left and right to review log. Makes it hard to read.

    Tried a workaround of using browser content scaling to allow more text in the Log window. Unfortunately that only adds background whitespace to the sides and no additional text is shown in the window. (Rather than the box staying the same size and text shrinking allowing more to be seen in the same window as expected.)
