Multi-factor authentication support

At the moment RPD does not support Multi Factor Authentication. Within our company its a new restriction that RPD has MFA implemented.

    SSO may be available, check with your Ricoh representative, I know that they are still working through some of the implementation issues.

    I have heard the same. FWIW, I found it rather ironic that to cast my vote, 2-factor authentication was used to my email addr. SSO is the most importent item, followed by 2-factor authentication.
