I want to set priority for all jobs created with a certain input device

In order to ensure the first step in the workflow (SetJobPropsFromTextFile) has the correct priority vs currently processing jobs, I want to se the priority at the creation of the job. This would allow those jobs to create and process sooner than other jobs on the system.

    This could be done with a SetJobPropsFromConditions step with the input device being the key value.
