New Property - Start Print Time

We are able to see when a job is assigned to the printer and when the jobs ends but not when it actually started printing. Our operators often schedule a number of jobs at the same time and depending on the size of the jobs or if there are printer issues a job might sit in an assigned state before it actually starts printing. A Start Print Time would allow us to accurately report the print duration of a job.
