Enhance Insert Plan export with references to include all materials used by the Insert Plan

Currently if you export an insert plan and choose to include references, the only materials that get included are the primary material and outer material. The bin assignment materials are not included.

Enhance the include references action to include all materials referenced by an insert plan.
