I want to receive notifications when any device goes down Merged

Input device, inserter controller, hub, spoke - if we don't get notifications of disconnection, we rely on the production team to spot issues and report them. This can happen very late in the production process, threatening SLAs. We need to know, via email, or any other notification method that is, or may become, available in RPD, when disconnections happen.
