Allow submit test job inside of a workflow

since in 3.10, we can submit a job from the GUI and assign it directly to the workflow, let's take it one step further. inside each workflow's property, add a test job directory to be configured. the user put their files in that directory on the server that corresponds with that workflow. They'll have a submit test job button right in the properties page that grabs those files from the server and submits it directly to the workflow. this will also helps with the sample workflows that ships with RPD, instead of having all the demo files in /aiw/aiw1/testfiles, we can organize them so customers know what test jobs go with what workflow and they can run the demos on their system as needed.
