Create a switch to make the quick filter consistent

in workflows for example, let's say you are working with 5 workflows with the word "split" in their name, so you will do a quick filter and only see those workflows, but when you go to the actual workflow and then go back, the quick filter is gone and you have to keep typing it. Make a flag to keep that quick filter turned on until you're ready to turn it off.
