Import to detail what is missing when it wants a feature

When importing a bundle of objects (workflows, printers, etc with "Add references" selected at export time)... The import failed with "Missing feature license" - I think this was actually trying to say "missing a featrure" (as I had one missing).

But it took some detective work to find it was a Step Template, and what feature was needed for that.

It would be good if RPD could have told me more about this - it was named in the XML.
