Add PDFL filters where the filter would convert input PDF to output PDF/A PDF or PDF/X PDF files.

Some PDF's received can be quite large and need to be made smaller to process quickly. To convert to a PDF/A also Multi layered PDF's can cause issues with Composition tools and cannot be read by them a PDF/X PDF is a flattened PDF which can be read by most and is optimized for printing.
