Deprecating step templates

Have a way to mark some step templates as deprecated so they don't get used in the new workflow, i understand we cannot remove the old ones but maybe provide a way to prevent them from displaying in the workflow builder or some kind of identifier in the GUI to both identify deprecated ones in workflows and give suggestions, and could filter step template lists to put the deprecated ones in a lower section or other list altogether. And some, like IdentifyPDFDocumentsFromZip have already had their functionality added to IdentifyPDFDocuments, so the former one shouldn't need to show up at all in workflow builder anymore.
