RPD ISO installer script should check for IPPDs parameter

If you are trying to install a remote secondary server and accidentally use the RPD base ISO and run "./setup IPPDs," then the RPD installer ignores the IPPDs parameter that it doesn't recognize and installs RPD. This is a pain to recover from. It would be helpful if the base installer just reported a message like "I don't recognize the IPPDs parameter. If you are trying to install a secondary server, you need to use the secondary server ISO. Exiting..."
