Update xform.cfg that ships with TransformWithAdvancedFeature

there are certain parameters that could be helpful to our customers and make sense to include them in the config file that we ship with this step.

the 2 that I'm thinking about are:

-mergefonts

-mergepsfonts

for a recent customer, it changed the number of fonts from over 6K to just 10 when transforming

checked with Doug and he mentioned there shouldn't be an impact if we just ship with those
