Compression of RetainCompletedJobs Steps

Even though I have RetainCompletedJobs set to compress spool files,

When opening job properties from the RPD management console, some files will be expanded.

If the input file is AFP, "document.dpf" in D:/aiw/aiw1/spool/default/[job number] is expanded,

If the input file is PDF, "print.pdf" in D:/aiw/aiw1/spool/default/[job number] will be expanded.

I would like to prevent some of the spool files from being expanded when I open the job properties.
