add supplemental page functionality to pdf plugin like afp workbench

we had a customer who is converting all their afp workflows to PDF, they use supplemental pages in their afp control file, would be nice to have the same functionality in the pdf plugin so you can define some header/trailer pages and grab stuff from it and assign it to a Job property.
