Enhance Acrobat plugin to support doc level dynamic insert

"Adobe plugin doesn’t really specify doc-level dynamic insert. Can do it globally. But can’t really, we generate UPS labels, embedded, not dynamic, have to hijack PDF box. Need programming experience. Some kind of tool for doc-level inserts would be awesome.
