Provide FAPOLICY-D Support in Linux version of RPD

With the heightening of security we are implementing FAPOLICY-D in RedHat (started in RHEL8 and now in RHEL9) this is a listing of all binaries and files that the application and application user would need to be able to access. This is to prevent hackers from getting RPD to run non-system files or scripts, reducing the application and servers' vulnerability footprint.
