Digitally sign Plug-in Installer with publisher information

Security software on RPD client machines could be configured to block the installation of any software package that is not digitally signed with publisher information. The install program for the RPD Plugin for Adobe Acrobat should be updated to be digitally signed to address this possible restriction.
