Possible to restart RPD from within the GUI

Sometimes it is necessary to restart RPD. Like when you add a license or when you change to https.
Or RPD seems to have an issue.

Currenlty you have to stop/start RPD manually. On Windows in services on Linux using stopaiw/startaiw


It would be very handy if there was a button in the RPD GUI where the administrator would be able to restart.

Maybe in Feature manager add a button?
