Fix Wiping of Custom Printer Definition during EPK Installs

We recently had a Tomcat update for our RPD servers and during the EPK installs (either ProductUpdate or PDFDocumentSupport) our custom printer definition got wiped out and had to be reinstalled. Some instructions to manually back up the file or adding the process of saving and replacing the file after the EPK is installed would be helpful!
