Provide script to create default Reports database and user when installing external PostgreSQL

For our RPD 3.12.1 with DB2 customers who want to use the Reports features and have to install their own Postgres database (they do not want to use the Docker container), would it be possible to provide a script to create the default Reports database, history, and default user name, rpdreports? This would reduce the risk of user errors.
