Workflow - Enhance Step and Workflow Naming

One of the more unfriendly things in RPD is when we forbid spaces in the name of objects, including Steps and Workflows.

This idea is to remove this user constraint, which could also entail increasing the "max characters" allowed in name fields from, say, 32 to 128.

The end result would be the system speaking more on human terms instead of computer-dictated terms. It would also make lists easier to scan and read.

We should consider the effort in expanding this beyond workflow to other objects, including all our sample objects, which use the same awkward naming style.
