With InputDevice batching, limit number of files

When you have an InputDevice, with Batch method: sets by .... and I you have the latest ProductUpdate, the reading of input files is very, very fast.

This can give an issue if you submit many files at once and when batching starts, you suddenly have a job with thousends of documents. That will result in time-outus and running out of memory.

Please add the option to maximize the number of file to be batched. This will create a job with a controlled number of documents in the job

    In addition to limiting the number of files in a batch, it would be helpful to be able to limit the number of input files that are made into a job during a polling interval. For example while RPD is down for an upgrade a lot of files could accumulate in a hot folder. Instead of immediately submitting them all when the system starts or the input device is enabled and connected, a property on the input device would limit the number submitted each polling interval.
