Add current workflow to the list of drop down menu for selecting workflows

In certain step templates such as CreateReprints, CreateInserterReprints, CreateJobsFromDocuments, and some other ones from ASP, there is a dropdown that lets you set the workflow for reprints or child jobs. In a lot of cases, we use the same workflow inside the dropdown since our workflows can handle that. it would be nice to have an item for the current workflow on top of the drop down list so if the customer changes the name of the workflow with a different version or something, they don't have to remember they need to change that property too buried inside of a step. will save some headaches later.
