Facilitate migration of an RPD Archive repository from Windows to Linux

An RPD Archive is file-based and so in theory can be easily migrated from Windows to Linux. However, a vital attribute for a document is the RepositoryFolder and this is stored with a back-slash directory delimiter when created on Windows, which is not valid on Linux.

I would suggest that the handler reading the folder location automatically translates to a forward-slash as this is supported as a directory delimiter on both Windows and Linux and would allow an archive created on Windows to be moved to Linux.
