Job Size Supported Options

Add another option in properties for Job Size Supported.

(<0) Less Than
(>0) More Than

Or have the option to set a specific amount under job size.

45 - Job Size Example -

<45

>45

This leaves jobs a size of 45 to not be picked up by the queue.

<45> or a different symbol to allow the selecting of specific jobs by a set number job size.

Some times it is needed to pick up only size 45 jobs before others and not being able to set a job size supported option for a set number size.
