ITM enhancements

when you use ITM(RTF) you don't have the ability to change what file you want to transofrorm, it will grab the prin.afp or pdf in the spool directory automatically. there are many cases, where we do not want to transform that file instead another file in the spool. please leave what you have as default but let the customer specify what input and output file they want to use.
