Restart Feature Manager if running when saving changes to the HTTPS settings screen.

Currently RPD up to v3.13.1 will allow HTTPS settings to be changed on the fly but we have found problems with this if the Feature Manager is running. Where the feature manager does not pick up configuration changes and can not communicate with the RPD GUI after changes are made.

Please add a restart of the Feature Manager service / Process as part of the processing that occurs when an admin saves changes to the HTTPS activation options on the Security / Enable HTTPS panel. IE: shutdown / restart Feature Manager when “Enable secure HTTP” or any of the other values on the Security / Enable HTTPS panel are changed then saved

If this can't be done for technical reasons please popup a warning screen that the Admin should restart RPD and Feature Manager along with platform specific instructions for doing this process, so that the changes take full effect.

See RPD3-6415 for recent problems encountered by an RPD Windows v3.13.1 customer team when Feature Manager was left running and TLS was setup.
