"Exit" Type Notifications

Currently RPD supports only Email and REST/SOAP Notifications. Similar to Infoprint Manager, a new notification type would be very beneficial where one could simply call an external program with a parsed control file (like the RunExternalProgram Step) to have a very customizable notification type.
