"AddJobToOrder" step

I want to be able to add a job to an existing order, similar to the job submission portlet where an order number can be inherited. It is useful for dynamically created child jobs of jobs within orders, e.g. created by CreateJobsFromXML, which are not automatically added to the current order. Having them in the order is a great way to visualize what jobs needs to be done to finish the order.
