PDF Plug In - Find data within a bounded box via regex or achor point to identify text that moves on the page

When identifying text on a page the position of the text may not be in a consistent position on a page therefore need to increase the box size which could include other text items.  If text within a box could be identified using a regular expression or anchor point this would save the customer the need to make amendments to letters.
