startaiw enhancement on secondary servers

startaiw script has this line in there built in for secondary servers:

cp -prf $AIWDATA/bin/* $AIWPATH/bin/

depending on how many files are in there and how big, the startup could take a long time, I have seen it up to 5-10 minutes on some servers.


can we change that so first we do a compare there and if there are no changes then it would skip the copy?
