Time out on RunExternalCommand

I would like to have a time out property on RunExternalCommand.

Because RunExternalCommand runs programs which are not written by Ricoh, the relaibility is not guaranteed. It can happen that a external command "hangs" and runs forever. The tuning of the step determines how many external command can run parallel. But on a certain moment all parallel external commands can "hang". The result is that any new job comming into RPD and is using the same step, has to wait. This results in a waiting RPD
