Make it easier to find the user who performed some job actions in the log

Some actions only record a property change in the job log (like Schedule job) and others record a message (like Process again).

There are many Property change messages in a job log so I would like to be able to see who took any action on a job in the job log by looking only at Messages not Property changes.

Can RPD be changed to always log a Message entry for any action a user takes on a job? And ideally that message would also contain the value that any properties got changed to as a result of the action.
