I want to run RPD in my private cloud

I want to stop paying for and maintaining the servers where I have installed my RPD system. I am constantly having to add memory and storage to take on my expanding workload. Can the cloud offer me the on-demand scaleability I need at a cheaper cost? I am concerned about privacy and security so can't consider a public cloud offering from RIcoh at this time. Can I install and manage RPD in an AWS or Azure cloud?
