Enhance the PDFplugin to be able to identify and define supplemental pages.

Supplemental pages are those pages in a print file from which job property values can be indexed, yet are not considered part of any document in the job.  Examples of supplemental pages would be header, separator, or trailer pages.   This function currently exists for AFP files with the Visual Work bench.
