Workflow folders/grouping

Ability for the user to create folders or groups of workflows for organizational purposes. For example, you could put all the stock/default workflows in a folder, and create another folder for the ones you use and edit. This helps prevent unwanted changes to template workflows. This feature is partially served today by using the Favorites function - selecting the star on the row of workflows you edit, then selecting the master star to hide unstarred workflows on the Workflows list screen.
