Add ability to set job properties from a banner page in PDF using plug-in

Unlike Visual Workbench for AFP, the PDF plugin doesn’t seem to have a way to set job properties directly from supplemental pages. Some applications have a banner page in PDF that we need to collect data from as job properties. The workaround is to index the whole PDF as a document, collect the data on the banner as document properties and then have a Script Processing step to set the job properties from the document properties in the DPF file. These steps are in addition to the regular step for indexing PDF to identify documents. So, we end up with 2 index PDF steps. Not ideal for sure.
