Change the "Print again" default of "All" on the "Print Again" dialog

When we select the “Print Jobs Again” action for a job, the options available on the Print Again dialog are All, Pages, and Groups with the default being All. Many operators select the Requested Printer and forget to change the default All so as a result, they reprint the entire job when they only wanted to reprint a subgroup of pages or groups. Is it possible to remove the default so that the operator is forced to select All, Pages, or Group (or change the default to Pages)?
