After restarting RPD there should be a better message on the GUI than 'internal server error' while the webeserver starts up.

Currently after starting RPD the GUI will show the prompt to login, but give an 'Internal Server Error' message. This makes it look like there is a problem, but really the webserver is still starting. I would prefer either the startaiw command wait until the webserver is ready or a better message like 'waiting for webserver to complete startup before you can login'
