RPD Plug-in for Adobe Acrobat can convert full name of U.S. State to two letter code with defining Address block

The Doc.Address.State property is a two character string. Sometimes, the PDF address data only has the state written as the full name. Ther user cannot assign the full name of a state to the Doc.Address.State (2-char) property. We can only convert a state's full name when defining an address block where the conversion happens automatically. Can we add the ability to convert "Rhode Island" to "RI" separate from defining an address block?
