Ability to add a comment to a workflow

On the workflow canvas, offer users the ability to enter a comment and view the running history of comments on a workflow. This could include special instructions to workflow editors, "notes to self," or explanations beyond the existing workflow "Description" property.

    Is the idea here that you'd be able to add notes wherever you want within the workflow canvas? So you would be able to add comments above/below/etc particular steps "this step was added 01/01/2020", "this is here because XYZ"? If so that would be super helpful.

I would like to see a Comment field as a job property so my operators can make notes that the next shift can see

We use the Description field or other fields but it would be better to have a large field devoted to this purpose
